Piano Tuning
Is achieved by adjusting the tension of the strings of an acoustic piano so that the musical intervals between strings are in tune.

Pitch corrections are done in order to bring the piano back to A=440Hz which is the international pitch standard.

In Home Repairs / Voicing / Regulation
Voicing is softening hammer felts to achieve a darker tone, or hardening the hammer felts to produce a brighter sound, all done to produce an even tone throughout the piano.
Regulation of the action is adjusting the parts of the action mechanism, like the key bushings, dampers, and hammers to make sure that they are working right and that piano touch is consistent across all keys.

Piano Restoration is a process of repairs and modifications done to the piano that will restore the piano’s touch, tone, and appearance while its original character and heritage are preserved.
Piano Rebuilding is the complete disassembling and rebuilding of a piano.
