Madelin is your dedicated piano technician, committed to helping each piano sound and feel its best. She’s personable, easy to talk to, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients through her love of craftsmanship and quality service.
From an early age, Madelin had a natural gift for repairing and improving the things she touched—a passion that evolved into a commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer care. She brings those values to every piano she services.
After earning her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Gutenberg College, Madelin trained at the prestigious North Bennet Street School in Boston, completing both the Basic and Advanced Piano Technology programs and passing her Piano Technicians Guild Certification exams with excellence. Her experience includes an internship with Steinway & Sons in New York City, where she worked with Spirio player-piano systems and supported tuning and regulation for Spirio recording sessions. She later returned for advanced factory training in February 2025.
Madelin has served as a Senior Technician at the Aspen Music Festival in both 2024 and 2025, maintaining performance-ready instruments for world-class artists in one of the country’s most demanding musical environments. She has also worked with Bentside Arts in Spokane, WA, contributing her skills to specialized restoration projects.
When she’s not at the workbench or behind a tuning hammer, Madelin enjoys ballroom dancing, skiing, traveling, creative crafts, and spending time with loved ones.
